The HPSCF, alongside our Sister Cities partners in Puerto Vallarta, is proud to be sponsoring Tae Kwon Do/Self Defense classes for children in underserved areas of Puerto Vallarta.
 

These classes provide children, especially young girls, with skills that will improve their self-worth and give them a sense of empowerment. Women are at a higher risk of attack than men, from both strangers and from within close relationships. Developing self-awareness, self-esteem and self-defenseskills will make a difference in the lives of the participants.
 

The classes are designed to be fun and build confidence.
